At Your Service Consulting was founded in January of 2024 by Mikella Chrisman. Mikella has 25 + years streamlining business functions and departments, adding value by creating policy and porcedures that leave no room for error, implementing no-nonselse financial strategies, while creating efficiency and effectiveness for every organization she touches. Her experience comes from multiple industries, including non-profit, recovery housing, property management, logistics, high-end remodeling, transportation, business management, and most recently, home services and management for high net worth professionals on the go.   

Mikella is also an Army Veteran who proudly served her country during the 911 attacks. After graduating AIT with the prestegious title of Honor Graduate, she put her technical training and Top Secret Security Clearance to use while stationed at Headquarters EUCOM in Stuttgart, Germany. Mikella has a BS of Science in Business Management, QuickBooks Pro Certified, and soon to graduate with MBA.

Her vast experience from multiple industries and her many positions leading companies as a high-level executive was by no accident. Her goal has always been to use everything she’s learned over the years to help drive success for others.
